Plyatsok honey

Elementary honey cake, and also very tasty. Honey cakes covered with cream with lemon jelly, sweet condensed milk and nuts – all this combined creates a wonderful taste.

Honey cake – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Flour – 500 g.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Honey – 4 tbsp.
  • Oil – 100
  • Vanilla sugar – 20 g.
  • Soda – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • For the cream:
  • Cream (from 30%) – 500 ml.
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Jelly lemon – 1 pack.
  • Walnuts – 200 g.
  • Condensed milk (boiled) – ½ can.

Honey cake – preparation

Cakes

Add butter, eggs, liquid honey, sugar and soda to the flour. We knead the dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake each separately. Cover the form (25×35) with parchment.

Bake the cakes at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes, cool.

Cream

Dissolve the jelly in a glass of hot water, leave to cool and slightly thicken.

Whip the well-chilled cream to a thick cream, add powdered sugar. Pour in the thickened jelly and beat well until smooth.

We collect the braid

Spread the cream on one cake, level it, cover with the second cake. We heat the condensed milk a little so that it spreads well and grease the top of the plate. Sprinkle nuts on top.
