Pork and beans, baked in a sleeve

We are used to serving meat with potatoes, cereals, and vegetables. We offer a delicious combination pork and beans. At first glance, beans are an unusual side dish for meat, but they are no less hearty and starchy than potatoes. If desired, the dish can be supplemented with vegetables or greens. Baked pork with beans will be a decoration of any table.

Ingredients for cooking pork with beans

  • pork tenderloin – 1 kg.
  • ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • sea ​​salt 1 tsp.
  • For garnish
  • small beans – 100 g.
  • onion – 1 head.
  • green onion – 1 bunch.
  • fresh thyme – 3 sprigs.
  • garlic – 1 clove.
  • cream – 100 ml.
  • mustard with grains – 1 tsp.
  • bay leaf – 1 pcs.
  • ground black pepper – to taste.
  • sea ​​salt – to taste.

Cooking baked pork with beans:

Preheat the oven to 90-100 ° C.

Pork wash well and cut into two parts. We tie each part in several places with a fairly tight thread. Roll the meat in salt and pepper. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

When the meat cools down a little, put it in a sleeve for baking and send it to a preheated oven for 45 minutes, until ready.

Beans are pre-soaked in water overnight. Drain the water and rinse well. Add peeled onion and garlic, thyme and bay leaf to the pan. Pour everything with cold water and boil the beans until ready.

Cars bean is cooked, pour the liquid into a separate dish. Mash the beans slightly with a pestle without turning them into puree. Pour the beans with the same liquid in which they were cooked.

Wash and finely chop green onions. To beans add green onion and mustard. Everything is well salted and peppered to taste.

Baked pork with beans is ready.
