Pork chops baked in spicy sauce

Pork chops baked in spicy sauce very easy and simple dish to prepare. Sauce, used in the recipe, can be served with fried meat (barbecue, grill), but you can also cook with itpork chops. If you want to make this dish less spicy, you just need to give a smaller amount of all the spicy spices and seasonings.

Ingredients for cooking pork chops baked in spicy sauce:

  • pork – 4 pieces.
  • vegetable broth 125 ml.
  • garlic 2 cloves.
  • chili pepper – 1/2 pc.
  • onion – 2 pcs.
  • oil – 6 tbsp.
  • a mixture of ground peppers – to taste.
  • marjoram – 1 tsp.
  • grated tomatoes – 500 g.
  • salt – to taste.
  • parsley greens – to taste.
  • ground paprika – 1 tbsp.
  • hot mustard – 2 tsp.
  • Gouda cheese – 50 g.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 500 g.

How to cook pork chops baked in hot sauce:

We make chops from the meat. Beat the pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Top the chops with mustard. Lightly fry the meat chops in a heated pan with oil over medium heat.

Wash bell peppers of different colors, cut them, remove seeds and membranes. Cut the pepper into strips. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Fry bell pepper and onion in oil. Clean the garlic and pass it through a press. Salt and pepper to taste. Add marjoram and chili pepper to the vegetables.

Pour the broth over the vegetables, bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for up to 10 minutes. Add sweet red paprika powder and chopped parsley.

Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with oil. Spread 2/3 of the hot sauce. Put the fried pork chops in the sauce and pour the sauce on top.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle chops in hot sauce on top.

Heat the oven to 250 °C. We put the form for 10-15 minutes until golden crust and readiness.
