Necessary products for cooking pork with chicken liver in red wine

  • Pork – 500 g.
  • Chicken liver – 500 g.
  • Mushrooms – 200 g.
  • Dry red wine – 100 ml.
  • Salt, black pepper, ground – to taste.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves.
  • Flour – 30 g.
  • Tomato paste – 30 g.
  • Oil – 40 ml.
  • Dill, parsley – 1 sprig each.

Cooking pork with chicken liver in red wine

1. Wash the pork and cut it into medium pieces. Put the meat in a pan with oil and fry it for a few minutes until lightly browned. Add onion cut into half rings and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

2. Pour boiling water so that the meat is completely covered and stew for 20-40 minutes until soft.

3. Sprinkle the washed and deveined chicken liver with flour.

4. Lightly fry the liver in a pan with the addition of oil, so that a golden crust forms on top, and the liver is raw inside.

5. Pour dry red wine into the soft pork. Add tomato paste. We mix.

6. Put mushrooms cut into slices.

7. Lay out the liver. Salt, pepper to taste and simmer for the last 10 minutes.

8. The finished dish is supplemented with chopped fresh greens and chopped or pressed garlic.
