  • pork – 600 g.
  • garlic – 5 cloves.
  • French mustard – 3 tbsp. l.
  • linden honey – 1 teaspoon.
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • ground cinnamon – 1 tsp.
  • ground hot red pepper – ½ tsp.
  • star anise – 4 stars.
  • sea ​​salt – 1 pinch.

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Wash the pork and dry it well. Next, the meat must be cut into equal pieces 10 mm thick, slightly beaten and smeared with mustard on both sides.
  3. Clean the garlic cloves.
  4. Pound garlic, star anise, honey, pepper, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a mortar, add vegetable oil, mix everything until smooth.
