Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) offers a very simple and quick preparation potato and minced meat casserole. Despite the simplicity and accessibility of the ingredients, the casserole is fragrant and tasty.

A recipe for cooking casserole from potatoes and minced meat

  • Minced pork and beef – 300 g.
  • Raw egg – 1 piece.
  • Potatoes of medium size – 3 pieces.
  • Tomato – 1 piece.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g.
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 100 g.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Spices – to taste.
  • Oil – for greasing the mold.

Add an egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thin circles. Cut the onion into half rings

Lubricate the form with oil and lay out the sliced ​​potatoes, salt. In order for the potatoes to cook faster, pour sauce over them (4 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream, 3 tablespoons of water, spices, salt). On top of the potatoes we lay out half rings of onions, on top of the onions – minced meat. Cut fresh tomatoes into circles and place on top of the minced meat. We make a net from mayonnaise, sprinkle grated cheese on top.

We put the form in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
