Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, put them in a blender bowl, add a little water, and blend them until they become a puree.

Spread the mass on a clean cloth, wring it out well.

Add egg, salt, pepper to potatoes, mix well.

Add flour one spoon at a time, knead to a thick consistency (the spoon left in the dough should stand).

Scoop a large portion of the dough onto a spoon, and use another spoon to cut the dumplings, immediately drop into boiling water.

Boil the dumplings in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes after they float to the surface.
