Potatoes with chicken in the oven

Potatoes with chicken – a complete side dish with meat. We will also add vegetables to the dish, and marinate the meat and it will be a very quick and tasty dish.

Necessary products for cooking potatoes with chicken in the oven

  • Potatoes – 1 kg.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Chicken thighs and drumsticks – 1,600 kg.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Carrot – 4 pc.
  • Mayonnaise and mustard – 1 tablespoon each.
  • Black pepper – to taste.
  • Greens – to taste.
  • Foil.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking potatoes with chicken in the oven

1. Wash the chicken thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mustard.

2. Mix the meat and leave for 30 minutes.

3. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. We spread the onion rings on the bottom of a heat-resistant form. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Carrots are also peeled and cut into medium pieces. Salt and pepper the vegetables to taste.

4. Place the marinated chicken on top of the vegetables. Drizzle all the products with olive oil.

5. Cover the heat-resistant form with foil.

6. Put the dish in the oven. Cook the dish for 1,5 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees. 15-20 minutes before the end, remove the foil so that the meat browns. Potatoes with chicken in the oven are ready.
