Potatoes with lamb in a slow cooker

Lamb, very tasty and healthy meat and if you cook it according to our recipe, you will be very surprised by the tenderness and juiciness of such a fastidious meat product. Such a dish is very suitable for lunch, as well as for dinner in a family circle.

Necessary products for cooking potatoes with lamb in a slow cooker

  • Lamb (meat) – 300 g.
  • Potatoes – 1 kg.
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Green onion – 1 bunch. to
  • Oil – 30 ml.
  • . . . . . .
  • Salt, black pepper – to taste.
  • Rosemary – 1 sprig (optional).

Cooking potatoes with lamb in a slow cooker

1. Wash the lamb and cut it into small pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Cut the green onion into medium pieces. Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes.

3. Cut the potatoes into medium slices.

4. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. We put the lamb and fry the meat for 10 minutes in the “Roast” mode.

5. Add carrots and onions to the meat.

6. Fry the lamb, onion and carrot for another 10 minutes.

7. Pour everything with water. So that everything is completely covered. Turn on the mode (Stew) and cook for 1 hour.

8. After 1 hour, add potatoes to the bowl. Stir and, if desired, add 1 sprig of rosemary.

9. Add water again. So that half of the slow cooker is filled with water. We turn on the mode (Stew) and cook for another 1 hour.

Potatoes with lamb in a slow cooker are ready. Bon appetit!
