Puff pastry with pumpkin and feta cheese

Before starting the puff pastry, defrost the puff pastry.

Clean the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into 1-1,5 cm cubes. Salt and drizzle with olive oil. Transfer the pumpkin to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven, transfer it to a plate.

We put the puff pastry on a form covered with parchment, make surface incisions along the edges. Grease the dough with yolk and send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Chop nuts, cut Premialle feta cheese into cubes.

Take the dough out of the oven, evenly distribute the pieces of pumpkin, put pieces of feta on top, sprinkle with nuts, pepper and add arugula.

We send the cake to the oven for another 8-10 minutes, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
