Roll out the dough into a rectangle and grease with oil.

Prepare the filling: pour boiling water over poppy seeds and raisins and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the water and put it on a sieve so that it drains well and there is no excess water. Beat the poppy seeds and raisins in a blender, adding sugar a little at a time. If the filling is very thick, add an egg.
