Filling
Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, mash them well, mix them with cheese, mash them well again, add salt and pepper to taste.
Dough
Sift flour into a bowl, pour in oil and pumpkin puree, gradually pour in boiling water and knead the dough. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic.
