Pumpkin in Korean

We all know how vitamin and useful pumpkin is. Today we offer you to cook pumpkin without heat treatment – pumpkin in Korean. Such a dish is prepared quite easily and quickly.

Korean pumpkin – ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 400 g.
  • Honey – 1 tbsp.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Hot pepper – a piece of 3 cm.
  • Oil – 50 ml.
  • Seasoning for Korean carrots – 2 teaspoons.
  • Ground coriander – a pinch.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt – 0,5 tsp.

Korean pumpkin – preparation

Peel the pumpkin and rub it on a grater for Korean carrots.

Add Korean carrot seasoning, a pinch of coriander, salt, honey (liquid) pepper, apple cider vinegar, chopped garlic and hot pepper to the pumpkin.

Cut the onion into half rings, fry until soft in well-heated oil. Remove from the heat and immediately pour the oil into the pumpkin.

Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

The salad is ready, serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
