Pumpkin milk soup with homemade noodles – ingredients

  • For the soup:
  • Homemade fat milk – 500 ml.
  • Peeled pumpkin – 500 g.
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – a big pinch.
  • For noodles:
  • Flour – 100 g.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Water – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.

Noodles

Pour the flour onto a pastry board, add salt, add an egg, a little water, and knead the dough.

We roll out the dough into a large thin cake, cut it into strips 1-1,5 cm thick, sprinkle well with flour, stack the strips one on top of the other, cut into small noodles.

Soup

We put the pan on the fire, pour 2-3 tbsp. water, when it boils, pour milk, bring to a boil, add cubed pumpkin, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Cook for 10 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.

Add the noodles, cook, stirring for a few minutes. When the noodles become soft, the soup is ready. Bon appetit!
