Quick chocolate cake – preparation

Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa through a sieve.

Beat soft butter with sugar, add eggs one by one while continuing to beat. Next, we add dry sifted ingredients and vanilla sugar, at the end we add sour cream. Mix everything well.

We grease the form with oil, cover it with baking paper, which we grease again with oil and sprinkle with cocoa. We put the dough in a form. Put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check the center with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Now let’s prepare the chocolate glaze. Put the cream on the fire and when it starts bubbling, add the chocolate, broken into small pieces. Remove from heat, stir, all the chocolate should dissolve. Let cool for 2-3 minutes.

We take our cake out of the form, put it on a plate, holding the ends of the paper. The paper should come away from the cake easily. Pour our chocolate glaze into the center and level it with a spatula. Let it stand for a while. We put it in the refrigerator to harden the glaze, or you can serve it immediately, cutting the cake into portions.
