Quick filling pie with spinach

A small amount of spinach is enough to saturate the body with the necessary vitamins and minerals. And if you make it the main ingredient of a quick filling pie – green, juicy, piquant – then you won’t think of a more healthy lunch. A recipe for a quick filling pie with spinach

  • For the dough:
  • kefir (yogurt, sour cream) – 400 g.
  • oil – 160 g.
  • sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • salt – 0,5 tsp.
  • eggs – 2 pieces.
  • flour – 280 g.
  • baking powder – 1,5 tsp.
  • For the filling:
  • oil – 30 g.
  • spinach – 300 g.
  • green onion – 100 g.
  • eggs – 4 pieces.
  • French mustard (in grains) – 2 tsp.
  • salt pepper.

Let’s start with the preparation of the filling. First, boil the eggs (hard-boiled). Green onions and spinach are washed, dried and cut. Pour chopped greens into a frying pan with heated oil. Warm the green mixture slightly so that it settles and softens. We pepper, salt, add mustard, and diced boiled eggs.

We put the filling aside, we will work on the dough. Melt butter, add sugar and salt, pour in kefir, add eggs. Mix the flour with baking powder, sift and add to the liquid mixture. Mix to a homogeneous state.

Grease a baking dish (26 cm) with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour a little more than half of the dough. Spread the filling, pour the rest of the dough on top. Put in an oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven, cover with a towel and leave to cool. We take the cake out of the form. Cut into portions.
