Quick pizza with pepper, zucchini and red onion

Crispy crust with tomato paste and juicy filling. What are we talking about? Of course about pizza! In the modern world, the filling for such a dish can look like anything, but we offer a light vegetable version. It is both useful and tasty! Moreover, in autumn, vegetables are especially fragrant!

Cooking pizza with zucchini and pepper

Preheat the oven to maximum temperature. Cut the zucchini into small slices. After removing the stalks and seeds, cut the sweet pepper in the same way as the zucchini.

Peel the onion and cut into slices. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, lay out zucchini, onion and sweet pepper, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Send a leaf with vegetables under the grill for 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the dough:

Chop the flour together with pre-cooled butter and salt into crumbs with a knife. Add an egg and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ice water and knead everything well with your hands.

Roll out the dough into a thin cake, place it on the reverse side of the sheet, and spread it with tomato paste. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Put the fried vegetables on the cake, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
