Rabbit stewed with sour cream in a slow cooker
Rabbit with sour cream in a slow cooker it’s very tasty, you’ll just lick your fingers! Tender rabbit meat cooked in sour cream remains soft and acquires a very pleasant creamy taste.
Ingredients
- rabbit – 1 piece.
- sour cream – 300
- onion – 2 pieces.
- carrot – 1 piece.
- garlic – 2 cloves.
- salt pepper.
A recipe for stewing rabbit with sour cream in a slow cooker
- Wash well and cut the rabbit into small pieces.
- Marinate the rabbit for 30 minutes in salt, pepper and onions cut into small cubes.
- Fry the rabbit in the “Baking” mode for 20 minutes. Add grated carrots and 100 ml of water.
- Mix sour cream with chopped garlic. Pour into the rabbit. Stew the rabbit for 2 hours in the “Stew” mode.
