  • rabbit – 1 piece.
  • sour cream – 300
  • onion – 2 pieces.
  • carrot – 1 piece.
  • garlic – 2 cloves.
  • salt pepper.

A recipe for stewing rabbit with sour cream in a slow cooker

  1. Wash well and cut the rabbit into small pieces.
  2. Marinate the rabbit for 30 minutes in salt, pepper and onions cut into small cubes.
  3. Fry the rabbit in the “Baking” mode for 20 minutes. Add grated carrots and 100 ml of water.
  4. Mix sour cream with chopped garlic. Pour into the rabbit. Stew the rabbit for 2 hours in the “Stew” mode.
