Ramen – Japanese soup with noodles, which is prepared on the basis of meat broth. In the homeland, its preparation is a real art. But recently, cooks are increasingly simplifying the process without losing the unsurpassed rich taste of this soup.

If you were looking for simple Ramen recipe – then you found him. This is a classic recipe that can be prepared quite simply and quickly at home.

Add garlic to the chicken broth (cut each clove in half), 4 spoons of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped ginger, Chinese spices, chili pepper. Add 300 ml of water.

We put the pan on high heat, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook ramen for about 5 minutes.

Add sugar to the broth. If necessary, add 1 more tablespoon of soy sauce to balance the level of saltiness.

We cook noodles in the usual way. You can use any kind of pasta, but noodles are more tender. Therefore, another alternative option is instant vermicelli (Mivina type). But do not add spices and oil from the bag.

Drain the water from the noodles and set them aside.

Cut the pork into slices and fry them in oil until ready. It is best to use sesame oil.

Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes so that the white curdles and becomes hard, and the yolk still remains partially liquid – “in a bag”.

We spread the noodles in four bowls. Place a quarter of the meat, a quarter of the spinach, a spoonful of corn, and two halves of a boiled egg on top of each bowl.

The broth, which has already matured a little, is filtered and brought to a boil again. Pour it into bowls.

Top the ramen with chopped dry nori, chopped green onions and fried sesame seeds. Wait for 2-3 minutes so that the spinach becomes “withered” and serve. Bon appetit!
