Raw homemade adjika without cooking

Today we offer to prepare together with us a spicy addition to meat dishes. Delicious homemade adjika without heat treatment. This method allows you to preserve the beneficial properties of each product as much as possible. The finished mixture can be kept in the refrigerator for no longer than one month.

Raw homemade adjika without cooking – ingredients

  • Ripe tomatoes 1,3 kg.
  • Sweet pepper 1,3 kg.
  • Garlic 100 g.
  • Chili pepper 2 pcs.
  • Table vinegar (6%) 80 g.
  • Salt (1,5 tbsp. with bitter) 45 g.
  • Sugar (1 tablespoon bitter + 1 teaspoon) 30 g.

Raw homemade adjika without cooking – recipe

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for 1 minute, then immediately with cold water. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.

Clean the garlic from the husk, sweet and bitter pepper – from the seeds, cut the pepper into pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into four parts, cut out the core.

Sterilize the jars: pour a couple of centimeters of water into each jar and microwave for 3 minutes. Then pour out the water and cool.

Grind pepper, tomatoes and garlic in a meat grinder. Stir.

Add sugar, salt, vinegar. Stir again.

Spread adjika in prepared jars. Close with lids.

Such an application will go well with steak, barbecue or fried chicken. Bon appetit!
