Real chicken broth

Sometimes we cook broth and sometimes it’s dark, sometimes it’s not fragrant, sometimes it hasn’t boiled yet. then, on the contrary, everything has boiled down and it’s like porridge or puree. And you don’t really want to serve such a broth to the table. especially when you have distinguished guests. That’s why Smakota prepared perfect chicken stock recipe, which will not be ashamed to feed the guests and it will also be rich, transparent and tasty! So read, cook and impress others!

Perfect Chicken Broth – Ingredients

  • For a 3 liter pot:
  • Chicken quarters – 2 pcs.
  • Carrot – 2 pc.
  • Onion – 0.5 pc.
  • Celery root – 1-2 slices.
  • Salt, bay leaf.
  • Peppercorns (fragrant and black) – 5 peas each.

Perfect chicken broth recipe

We put water on the fire, and add chicken quarters to it (you can even freeze it). Salt (1.5 tsp), add pepper and bay leaf, bring to a boil.

When the foam started to stand out, collect it and turn the heat to a minimum.

The basis of the perfect chicken broth is the lowest heat and slow boiling.

Next, peel carrots and onions. Cut the carrot into thick strips.

When your broth has already boiled for 30 minutes. over low heat, add carrots, onions and a couple of slices of celery to it.

Boil for another 30-40 minutes.

Pour the ready, rich, transparent broth into portioned soup bowls. It can be served with noodles or vermicelli, garnished with chopped greens (by the way, you can also use frozen greens).
