The perfect ham baked in the oven – ingredients

  • Pork loin or loin (thin) – 500-600 g.
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves.
  • Paprika – 1/2 tsp.
  • Suneli hop seasoning – 1/2 tsp.
  • Oil – 1 tsp.
  • Sea salt – 1 tsp.
  • Chili pepper (ground) – on the tip of a knife.
  • Bay leaf – 3-4 pcs.
  • Baking sleeve.

An ideal ham baked in the oven – recipe

Pork loin, or as it is also called polladvytsa, is best suited for such baking. This is the perfect ham-like meat without any extra streaks of fat or sinew. Also, when choosing a piece, give preference to the thinner part, so there will not be additional other parts of the pork body on it, and you need a perfect ham.

If suddenly there are some pieces of other parts of meat on your piece, then cut them off.

Wash the meat well, wipe it with paper towels.

Next, we prepare the marinade: finely chop the garlic, add all the spices and oil. Mix everything together and rub the meat well, add a few bay leaves. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Next, put the meat in a sleeve, tie well and bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 220°.

Ready meat can be eaten both hot, pouring its own juice, and cold as a snack (it will taste like basturma or a very good shinochka with beer).
