Recipe for salad with crab sticks – (Smakota): recipes for delicious dishes

Today we have another simple recipe for a delicious salad Salad with crab sticks – prepared quite quickly from simple ingredients. You can experiment with cutting the ingredients. Crab sticks can be cut finely, or simply cut one stick into 5 pieces (lengthwise or crosswise). Eggs can be cut into half rings and simply decorated on top of the salad.

Salad with crab sticks – ingredients

  • Crab sticks – 200 g.
  • Beijing cabbage – 1 small head.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Dill – ½ bunch.
  • Parsley – ½ bunch.
  • Greek yogurt – 150 g.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
  • Grated horseradish – 2 tsp.
  • Salt pepper.

Salad with crab sticks – recipe

Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes from boiling, cool, clean, cut into cubes.

Cut the crab sticks into pieces of your favorite size.

Cut the cabbage into pieces of your favorite size (shred or cut into squares).

Finely chop parsley and dill.

Put all the ingredients of the salad in a deep salad bowl.

Add garlic, vinegar and horseradish squeezed through a garlic press to the yogurt, mix well, and dress the salad. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix carefully.
