Red cabbage, apple and celery salad

Tasty, light, enriched with vitamins and minerals, antioxidants red cabbage, apple and celery salad. A fresh and crunchy salad is good for breakfast or lunch. Preparation of salad from red cabbage, apples and celery

Wash and thinly slice the cabbage. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Wash the celery and cut it into cubes. Put all the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Season with lemon juice and grape seed oil or olive oil.
