Wash the beef well, peel the potatoes, cut everything into cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan (half of the total amount). Fry the meat in oil until crispy (10 minutes on medium heat, stirring).

Fry the potatoes separately (10 minutes on medium heat, stirring, in the remaining oil).

Cut the onion into rings or half rings. Cut the mushrooms and tomato into pieces of arbitrary size.

Turn on the oven. Layers of potatoes, meat, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes are placed in the pot. Salt, pepper. Pour in 1-2 cm of water. Pour sour cream. And send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Pour water to a height of 1-2 cm.

Cover everything with sour cream and bake beef roast in pots in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Sprinkle the finished stewed beef in the pot with greens.

Serve the roast in the pots in which it was cooked.
