  • Eggs – 6 pieces.
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Flour – 1 cup.
  • Jelly (strawberry) – 2 packages.

Separate the proteins from the yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff foam, add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time at the highest speed of the mixer. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Sift the flour into the egg mass, carefully knead with a spatula.

We cover the form (25×40) with parchment, spread the dough, level it.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

We are preparing a kitchen towel on which we will roll the roll.

Remove the hot biscuit from the mold, remove the parchment, transfer it to a towel, roll up the roll (along the shorter side). Leave until completely cooled.

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package, leave it until it becomes slightly runny.

Wash, dry strawberries, cut into smaller pieces.

Unroll the biscuit, take a towel, grease with thickening jelly, not reaching the edge by 4-5 cm.

Spread the strawberries along the edge that we will wrap. Wrap the roll again.

Put the roll in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
