Salad Bride

Salad “Bride” very tasty, interesting and satisfying. The salad can be prepared for a romantic dinner or simply served to the festive table. We recommend serving the salad in beautiful salad bowls. You can decorate the “Bride” salad with hearts cut from beets. We also recommend making the potato layer not very thick. Be sure to salt and pepper each layer to taste.

Ingredients for preparing the “Bride” salad

  • beetroot – 3 pcs.
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • carrots – 4 pcs.
  • eggs – 5 pcs.
  • apples – 4 pcs.
  • walnuts – 1 glass
  • onion – 1 pcs.
  • mayonnaise – 300 g.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation of salad “Bride”

Boil beets, potatoes, carrots, eggs (all separately). Peel and core the apples. We clean and grind the nuts.

Spread the “Bride” salad in layers, pour mayonnaise over each layer.

The bottom layer is potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes. The next layer is peeled and finely chopped eggs (can be grated on a coarse grater). A layer of onion, peeled and cut into small cubes, which is previously poured with boiling water and drained completely.

A layer of carrots, which we clean and rub on a coarse grater. A layer of grated apples on a coarse grater. A layer of grated beets on a coarse grater. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and rub melted cheese.
