Salad in shells Conchiglioni is the perfect appetizer for a party. A very tasty and effective salad based on a simple recipe that will certainly arouse the interest and surprise of your guests. The salad is served as a “one-time snack”, it can be eaten without using utensils. Therefore, the recipe is perfect for a buffet.

Salad in shells – ingredients

  • Lean ham – 150 g.
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Canned corn – ½ can.
  • Green cucumber – 1 piece.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece.
  • Radishes – 5 pieces (can be replaced with a small piece of radish).
  • Hard cheese – 100 g.
  • Parsley – a bunch.
  • Conchiglioni shells – 20 pieces.
  • Salt pepper.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 st.l.
  • Yogurt – 2 tbsp.

Salad in shells – cooking recipe

Cut the ham, eggs, cucumbers and pepper into small cubes. Grate cheese and radish on a carrot grater.

We put everything in one salad bowl, add corn, finely chopped greens, mayonnaise, yogurt. Mix everything thoroughly, salt and pepper.

Boil Conchiglioni mussels according to the instructions on the package, cool and dress with salad.

Ready stuffed shells, cover with cling film so that they do not dry out, open before serving.
