Salad Queen of the holiday
Salad “Queen of the holiday” – tasty and full of flavor. Such a salad is well suited to the festive table, because in addition to its unique taste, it also has a very elegant and attractive appearance.
Salad “Queen of Holidays” – ingredients
- Beijing cabbage – a head (medium).
- Tomatoes – 4 pieces.
- Onion – 1 piece.
- Minced chicken (can be turkey) – 500 g.
- Tomato paste – 3 tbsp.
- Paprika is hot.
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Mushrooms – 500 g.
- Corn – 1 jar.
- Red beans – 1 can.
- Natural yogurt – 400 g.
- Mayonnaise – 6 st.l.
- Salt pepper.
- Hard cheese – 200 g
- Corn tortilla chips – 1 package.
Salad “Queen of Holidays” – preparation
Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes and lightly fry it in a pan with oil. Add minced meat to the onion, fry, separating coarse lumps with a spatula. After 10 minutes, add tomato paste, salt, pepper, hot paprika and oregano.
Reduce the heat, simmer for another 5 minutes, cool.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Add a spoonful of oil to a heated pan, pour out the giblets, fry until the liquid evaporates completely, add salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, salt and pepper.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the cabbage, and cut the tomatoes into cubes.

- Cabbage.
- Cubes of tomatoes.
- Meat.
- Mushrooms
- Corn (drain water).
- Beans (drain and rinse).
- Sauce.
- Grated cheese.
We form a crown from the chips on top, break the rest and lay out the middle.
