Salad “Vegetarian Paradise” already from the very name makes it clear that it will be a real heavenly delight for lovers of dishes without meat. Salad “Vegetarian paradise” – ingredients

  • Iceberg salad – 1/2 pc.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 15 pcs.
  • Loaf – 4 slices.
  • Oil – 30
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
  • Feta cheese – 200 g.
  • For the sauce:
  • Honey – 3 Art. l
  • Lemon – 1 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 100 g.
  • Mustard in grains – 3 tbsp.
  • Simple mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Salad “Vegetarian Paradise” – cooking recipe

Iceberg lettuce is washed, cut or torn into medium pieces.

Cut the loaf into small cubes and fry in butter until golden and crispy.

Beat the eggs into a homogeneous mass, fry in butter so that egg granules are formed. We are cooling.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Next, we make the sauce: combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a half-liter glass jar with a lid and shake it like a shaker until it is homogeneous. It is this way of preparing the sauce that dissolves all the ingredients most easily and it is the best way to store the sauce if you do not use it all at once.

We mix the salad with tomatoes, cheese and omelet, season it with honey-mustard sauce and decorate it with crispy croutons!
