Salad with arugula and balik

There are many recipes for cooking arugula. It can be combined with any product. We offer salad with arugula and balik.

Arugula gives the salad a taste of light pleasant bitterness and juiciness. The finished salad has a spicy taste and a pleasant aroma arugula and balik salad you can toast and pour a glass of white wine. Arugula can be replaced with frisée or iceberg.

Ingredients for making salad with arugula and ham:

  • For the base:
  • arugula – 200 g.
  • balik – 150 g.
  • green onion – 1 bunch.
  • For the filling
  • olive oil – 4 tbsp.
  • nut butter – 2 tbsp.
  • lemons – 2 pc.
  • ground black pepper – to taste.
  • sea ​​salt – to taste.

Preparation of salad with arugula and balik:

Wash it off arugula under running water and cut into coarse pieces. Green onions are also washed under running water and cut. Add half of the onion to the arugula.

Wash and dry the lemons well. Squeeze juice from lemons. Grate the zest from one lemon.

We are preparing the dressing. Mix olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. We divide the dressing into two parts.

We cut the beam into thin pieces. Marinate the pieces a beam in one part of the gas station.

Add nut butter to the other part of the dressing, pour it over the arugula.

We connect arugula and balik. Mix well and sprinkle with onions.
