Salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes and quail eggs – recipe

Cut or tear iceberg lettuce into small pieces.

Add arugula whole leaves to the salad to enjoy its beauty and taste.

Hard-boil the eggs (they should boil for 2-3 minutes), then cool, clean and cut in half. We add it when the salad is ready and personally on the plate, so the integrity and beauty of the egg will be preserved better.

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add to the bowl with the salad.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters (if you have very small tomatoes, you can also cut them in half).

Open the corn, drain the marinade and sprinkle the salad.

Dress the whole salad with balsamic vinegar and oils (if you have bitter olive oil, you can dilute it with sunflower oil, and if it is tender, add only it).

Mix well and put on a plate, decorate with halves of quail eggs and enjoy!
