Salad with arugula, smoked chicken, cherry tomatoes and chili pepper – ingredients

  • Arugula – 1 bunch or package.
  • Smoked chicken fillet – 200 g.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 1 pcs.
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Chili pepper – 1/4 pc.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Oil or mayonnaise.

We wash arugula. You can cut it into slightly smaller leaves, or you can leave it as it is.

Hard-boil the eggs, salt the water. Then cool and clean. Cut into medium pieces.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into 1-1,5 cm cubes.

We also cut the chicken fillet into 1-1,5 cm cubes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.

Cut the chili pepper into thin slices so that they are not too hot when we eat them.

Combine all the chopped ingredients and season with lemon juice and oil or mayonnaise.
