Beans are pre-soaked for the night, in the morning we cook them until ready.

Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Cut tomatoes into slices (not too small), peppers into strips

Pour oil into a large pan, heat it up, pour carrots and onions. Simmer until ready for about 30 minutes. Pour pepper and tomatoes. Add sugar, salt and vinegar, mix. We put the beans last.

We stew everything together on the lowest heat for about an hour.

Place the hot salad in sterilized jars and cover with lids.
