Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two halves and fry in a pan on both sides until cooked. When the fillet is cooked, cut it into small pieces, add salt and pepper.

We wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, tear them with our hands into a flat plate. Remove the stone from the avocado, cut it into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Season the finished salad with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
