Salad with eggs and cherries

Ingredients for making a salad with eggs and pine nuts

Preparation of salad with eggs and cherry:

Eggs are washed and hard-boiled. Pour cold water. Clean and finely chop.

Wash the cherry tree well under running water. We dry. We cut off the stems. Cut the leaves into thin strips.

Mix eggs and pine nuts. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on serving plates, add a spoonful of sour cream on top.
