  • Broccoli – ½ head.
  • Mushrooms – 200 g.
  • Onion – ½ piece.
  • Eggs – 4 pieces.
  • Ham – 150 g.
  • Mayonnaise, salt, sugar.
  • Oil – 1 tablespoons

Salad with ham, mushrooms and broccoli – recipe

Grate the mushrooms on a medium grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes, lightly fry in oil, add mushrooms, simmer until the liquid evaporates.

Broccoli is divided into small florets, boiled in salted water, taken out, cooled, finely chopped, added a little mayonnaise, mixed.

Boil the eggs, clean them.

Grate the proteins on a medium grater, add a little mayonnaise, mix, and salt.

We also rub the yolks on a medium grater.

Cut the ham into small, thin pieces.

Lay out the salad in layers: mushrooms – proteins – ham – broccoli, sprinkle with egg yolks.

Cover the finished salad with cling film, put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
