Salad with pumpkin and mushrooms

Fast, tasty, original salad with pumpkin and mushrooms – this is juicy pumpkin and tender mushrooms with onions, seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil. Such a salad will become a bright decoration of the dinner table. Warm salad can be a good addition to meat dishes.

Ingredients for preparing salad with pumpkin and mushrooms:

  • pumpkin – 400 g.
  • mushrooms – 200 g.
  • onion – 1 pcs.
  • greens – 1 bunch.
  • oil – to taste.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation of salad with pumpkin and mushrooms:

Choose a ripe pumpkin. Wash, peel, remove seeds and pulp. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and bake in the oven for up to 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Wash, clean, cut and fry mushrooms and onions. Wash and chop the greens.

Combine baked pumpkin, fried mushrooms and onions, greens and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Fill with oil.
