Salad with quail eggs and green onions

Tender, fragrant and very tasty salad with quail eggs and green onions – your family and friends will definitely like it, because the salad is very useful. We use mayonnaise in the salad, but you can easily replace it with sour cream or yogurt. This replacement of products will not affect the taste of the salad in any way.

Necessary products for preparing a salad with quail eggs and green onions

  • Quail eggs – 10 pcs.
  • Green onion – 40 g.
  • Processed cheese with ham – 2 pcs. (180 g).
  • Mayonnaise – 80-100 g.
  • Dill – 2-3 sprigs.
  • Parsley – 2-3 sprigs.
  • Salt – to taste.

Preparation of salad with quail eggs and green onions:

1. Wash quail eggs under running water. Boil eggs in salted water for 3 minutes after boiling. Cut ready and cooled eggs into small cubes.

2. Wash the green onion and cut it into small pieces. Wash and finely chop dill and parsley.

3. Grate melted curds on a medium grater. We recommend putting them in the freezer 20 minutes before cooking, so that they rub better.

4. Mix green onions, dill, parsley, melted cheese and quail eggs in a container.

5. Add mayonnaise or sour cream to the products in the container.

6. Mix the salad thoroughly. Salad with quail eggs and green onions. Bon appetit!
