Salad with red fish

Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) offers to prepare a delicious and delicate salad with salted red fish (you can take any fish – grayling, salmon, salmon, whatever is at hand). Preparing salad with red fish quick and easy. If the salad with salted salmon is beautifully served in tartlets, then it will be a good cold appetizer for the festive table or buffet! It is cheaper and tastier to salt the fish yourself, but it is up to you.

Red fish salad recipe

  • Lightly salted red fish – 200 g (weight of clean fillet without bones).
  • Eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Green onion – half a bunch.
  • Olives – ½ can (425 ml).
  • Potatoes (boiled in a jacket) – 2 pieces of medium size.
  • Dill greens.
  • Mayonnaise and yogurt for dressing.

First of all, boil potatoes and eggs (potatoes can be baked in the oven). Boil the eggs for at least 10 minutes, cool and clean.

Cut the red fish into small cubes. Grind the eggs on a carrot grater. Open a can of olives, cut into thin rings. Finely chop the dill and onion greens.

Peel the potatoes, grease the beet grater with oil (barely) and rub the potatoes on it. Mix all products. And season with mayonnaise and yogurt sauce (we make the sauce 1:1).

Spread the salad in tartlets or serving plates. Bon appetit!
