Salsa (sauce) Pico de Gallo

Salsa is a sauce traditionally used in Mexican cuisine. Salsa is prepared in two ways:

Traditional salsa ingredients are tomatoes, chili peppers, cilantro (coriander), onions, garlic, and ground black pepper. But there are also many original improvisations.

Blanch the tomato, peel it and cut it into small cubes. Clean the bell pepper from all excess and cut into small cubes.

Chop onion, chili, garlic and parsley. Put everything in a blender bowl and grind to a uniform consistency. Squeeze lemon juice.

We combine all the components, add salt, sugar and black pepper, as well as olive oil. Mix them and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour. This is quite an important point – this way the aromas and flavors will mix together.
