Necessary products for cooking Sargan fish in the oven

  • Sargan – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 2 slices.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Foil.
  • Black pepper – to taste.

Cooking Sargan fish in the oven

1. We clean the fish from the entrails, for this we cut the abdomen and remove the intestines. We remove the gills. Salt and pepper the Sargan to taste. Pour lemon juice over the fish carcass. Cut the fish in half. Place the crucian carp on foil and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Cover the foil from all sides.

3. Cook sargan in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

4. Sargan in the oven is ready.
