To start quail eggs, put them in cold water, put them on the fire, cook until done (about 3-4 minutes after boiling) and cool them.

Meanwhile, prepare the meat part. Wash the chicken fillet, cut it into small pieces and grind it in a blender, add parsley, salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic. Grind everything well. Here is ready-made meat for Scotch eggs “Surprise”.

Now take three convenient bowls and pour flour into the first one, an egg lightly beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper into the second, and breadcrumbs into the third. Now you can form “surprises”.

Put the finished balls on a napkin to remove excess oil.
