Seasoning for pickling for the winter (conservation)

When there are plenty of cucumbers on the beds and you want some special recipe, dressing for the pickle for the winter (canning) will come to the rescue. This dressing will significantly reduce the time spent on preparing pickles. After all, we only have to cook broth and pearl barley (or rice).

This dressing will also taste great as a canned vegetable salad. It is very simple and quite quick to prepare eye dressing.

Seasoning for pickling for the winter (preservation) – ingredients

  • Cucumbers – 2 kg.
  • Onion – 300 g.
  • Carrot – 300 g.
  • Garlic – 1 head.
  • Dill, parsley – to taste.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1,5-2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar (9%) – 7 tbsp.
  • Oil – 1 cup.

Seasoning for pickles for the winter (conservation) – cooking recipe

We cut greens. Cucumbers and onions are cut into cubes, carrots are grated. Press the garlic on the garlic press.

Add sugar, salt, oil and vinegar, mix everything well, leave for 4-5 hours.

We put the pot with the salad on the fire, bring it to a boil, cook for 7-10 minutes.

Pour the boiling salad into sterilized jars, cover hermetically with lids. We turn the cans upside down, cover them with a blanket.

This amount of ingredients makes about 5 jars of 0,5 l of ready-made dressing.

After 1-1,5 months you can taste.
