Preparation of “Shishki” cookies:

Boil condensed milk. Pour water into the pan so that the jar is completely submerged, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes. We turn off the fire, drain the water, leave the jar to cool.

To prepare the dough, pour sugar into a container, add cubed butter at room temperature, add sour cream and a pinch of salt. Grind all the ingredients that were put in the container well. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. The dough should be cool.

We divide the dough into three parts, wrap each part in a film and send it to the freezer for 45 minutes.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. We take out one part of the dough and rub it on a large grater on a baking sheet. We distribute the grated dough evenly and send it to an oven heated to 180 ° C. Bake the dough for 10-15 minutes until golden (watch your oven!). Take it out of the oven and put it in a bowl, you can grind it right away. This is how we bake all parts of the dough. We chop all the baked dough into small pieces.

Pre-dry the walnut in a pan or in the oven, grind it to the size of cookies.

Melt butter and combine with condensed milk. Add a spoonful of cognac. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass.

Combine the cookie crumbs with the nut, mix until the nut is evenly distributed. Add the “creamy” filling and mix everything thoroughly again. The mass is already sticky and ready to form cones.

We use a glass to form cones. We will prepare a bowl of water in which we will dip our glass. They dipped a glass in water, filled it with cookies, and tamped it down. Then we turn it over and shake the cone out of the glass. To begin with, shake the cookies in your hand so that the glass does not accidentally break on the plate. We form cones from the whole mass.
