Shortbread – flowers
In the joyous days before the holiday, we offer you family entertainment – making shortbread cookies in the form of flowers. Cookies are very easy to make, so even the smallest fingers can handle them. And the result is tasty and effective cookies. Recommended for cooking!
Shortbread – flowers – ingredients
- Flour – 500 g.
- Sugar – 1 cup.
- Eggs – 2 pieces.
- Oil – 250
- Cocoa – 2 tablespoon
- Milk – 1 tbsp.
Shortbread – flowers – cooking recipe
Sift flour, add sugar, mix. Add cold, cubed butter. Cut with a knife until the oil crumb is formed. Add eggs to the crumbs, knead the dough.
Separate a third of the dough, add cocoa mixed with milk, and knead a homogeneous brown dough.
Roll out the light dough to a thickness of 1 cm, cut circles with a glass.
Roll out the dark dough to a thickness of 5 mm, also cut out circles.
Cut all the circles – both white and dark – in half.
We put the dark one on the light semicircle, glue the ends. We form 5 such petals, glue them together. Place a ball of light dough in the center of the flower.
We lay out our flowers on a form covered with parchment.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
