Wash and peel the apples well. We do not throw away the cleaning, we also put it in a separate pan.
Take the sugar and pour it into the peeled apples, mix (the amount of sugar can be adjusted depending on the acidity of the apples and your own taste).
Pour water into a saucepan with cleaning materials and put on a small fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-20 minutes. Cool the boiled liquid a little and carefully pour it over the apples.
We put the apples on the fire and cook until soft for about 30-40 minutes. Reduce the heat and cook for another hour (do not cover).
Pour hot jam into dry, sterilized jars and close. At the exit, we receive three half-liter jars with fragrant jam.
