Simple bread without baking

Tasty and easy to prepare flatbread without baking. Such a pie is prepared very quickly, but it needs time to stand in the refrigerator. Cookies are soaked with creams, become tender and soft. It is best to do it in the evening, on the eve of serving.

Simple bread without baking – ingredients

  • Cookies – 350 g.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 600 g.
  • Milk – 3 glasses.
  • Oil – 125
  • Vanilla pudding – 2 packages.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Cream – 330 ml.
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Grated chocolate – on top of the cake.

Simple bread without baking – preparation

Cover the form (20×25) with baking paper, lay out one layer of cookies. We heat the condensed milk and spread it on the cookies, leveling them. Cover with another layer of cookies.

Dissolve puddings in a glass of milk, mix well so that there are no lumps. We put the rest of the milk on the fire, pour in the sugar, and bring it to a boil. Pour the diluted pudding into the boiling milk, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add oil and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cool the cream slightly. We pour the warm, even slightly hot cream onto the cookies, spread them evenly, and cover them with cookies.

We leave the braid to cool a little, put it in the refrigerator for several hours, and preferably overnight.

Before serving, whip well-cooled cream with powdered sugar, apply on top of the cookies, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
