  • Sugar – 1 cup per three-liter jar.
  • Water.

Wash the cherry well, select only whole berries.

We wash and sterilize the jars, we also sterilize the lids.

Boil water in a saucepan.

Pour cherries into a jar, about a third of the jar, add a glass of sugar (if the cherries are very sour, you can add another half a glass of sugar).

Pour boiling water over the cherries, cover hermetically with a lid. Shake the can a little so that the sugar dissolves well.

Turn the cans upside down, cover with a warm blanket. Leave until completely cooled.

After 2-3 weeks, you can take a sample. Bon appetit!
