A recipe for cooking shish kebab in soy sauce

  • pork – 2 kg.
  • soy sauce – 200 g.

Cut the meat into portioned, fairly large pieces. Cut the onion into rings. Add soy sauce, mix well. We leave the meat for 1,5 – 2 hours.

Skewers are skewered and fried over medium heat until done.
